Ultimate Rush Fan

Hello everyone. My name is Ted. For as long as I can remember, I've always loved Rush. Everyday when I ride my bike to class, I listen to Rush. I have all of their albums, and have only been to one concert. I went to the R30 concert back in '04- I was 10 years old, and was blown away.
I have traveled the world, from the rocky, molten shores of the Galapagos, to the dusty grasslands of Tanzania. Everywhere I went, I brought Rush with me.
Every Rush song holds a memory close to my heart. In fact, before my freshman year my grandmother passed away and I worked with my uncle at the Smithsonian for the summer. One morning I woke up and warmed up my iPod. I remember, I was listening to Secret Touch when a phone call reached my uncle. I was across the country when my father passed away shortly after my grandma. Every time I hear this song I get goosebumps, knowing that my father died on the floor of our bathroom.
Through thick and thin, Rush has been my sidekick. Rush keeps me inspired, they've made me see the world differently, they made me want to read books, and ponder about life and death, the universe and nature.
I plan to go to film school very soon, I want to become a director. I want my first movie to be of 2112, or The Necromancer. Rush inspired me to where there is no limit to my creativity.
